Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION & PRE-ORDER POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made using purchase options such as pre-orders, special reserve orders, or recurring product orders offered by Montreal Fight Shop through mtlfightshop.ca.

  1. Pre-Orders & Special Inventory Reserves When you place a pre-order for arriving combat gear, limited-edition shorts, or out-of-stock equipment: • Payment: Payment is processed at the time of purchase to reserve and guarantee your inventory allocation. • Estimated Timelines: Arrival and dispatch dates shown on product pages are estimates provided in good faith based on supplier deliveries. • Pre-Order Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped or been marked "Ready for Pickup." Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.

  2. Recurring Orders & Subscriptions (If Applicable) If you subscribe to recurring deliveries (such as mouthguards, athletic tape, thai liniment, or consumable gym gear): • Billing: Your saved payment method will be charged automatically at the recurring interval selected at checkout (e.g., monthly). • Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account portal on mtlfightshop.ca, or by emailing marc@zorayan.com at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date. • Processed Billing Cycles: Canceling a subscription stops all future recurring charges. Orders that have already been billed, packaged, or dispatched prior to cancellation are non-refundable, but unused eligible gear may be exchanged or returned subject to our standard Return Policy.
